Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office in all operations, supporting doctors to deliver great patient care. A ten‑week training program, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling help you thrive.

You will hire and develop staff, verify insurance, review monthly results, and lead daily huddles to improve patient experience and profitability. Aspen Dental offers PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
• People-centric leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead office operations in support of doctors to create lasting impressions for patients.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss to support goals.
• Lead daily huddles to align team and optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
