Job summary

PDS Health in Auburn, WA is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to gain the skills and company knowledge needed to independently run a financially viable dental office. The program combines structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings to prepare you to manage a team within 4–6 months.

You will learn to hire and train staff, oversee front and back office operations, control budgets, and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience while reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of operational management experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; travel to multiple offices daily.
• Flexible travel required with potential changes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and coach staff for right fit.
