Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices daily

Responsibilities

• Assessment, hiring and retention of right fit team members through training, supervision and coaching
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet office imperatives
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth
• Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budget
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols
• Lead team development for the Perfect Patient Experience
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to staff
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with supervisors
