Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to run a dental office within its Kent, WA network. You will work under a regional manager to develop leadership, financial oversight, and hands-on practice in daily operations.

Starting pay is $33.25–$41.75 per hour, with a structured Development Program designed to prepare you to independently manage an office in 4–6 months, and grow toward a salaried leadership role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; MVR check required at hire.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices daily.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote company culture and best practices.
• Assess, hire and retain right-fit team members through training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model to meet office imperatives with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
