Job summary

PDS Health in Tukwila, WA is actively seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to gain the skills needed to independently run a dental office within 4–6 months. The program blends a structured curriculum with on-the-job practice and regular development meetings under supervision.

You will lead teams, manage expenses, drive revenue, and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience across front and back office staff, with travel between offices as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices daily.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values, standards and best operational practices; learn to create an environment that promotes PDS culture daily.
• Assess, hire and retain right-fit team members through training, supervision, counseling and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective, logical yet creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet office imperatives with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budget.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop an office success plan and staff development guidelines.
