Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) in Palm Desert, CA. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Supervise daily tasks of the non-clinical team under the Manager.
• Review daily data to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, deposits and processing.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
