Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) to report to the Manager and handle daily front office tasks, shaping patient impressions and loyalty. You will participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dental team to ensure smooth operations.

• Supervise daily non-clinical tasks under the Manager.
• Review daily data to evaluate performance of the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Process insurance payments and nightly deposits.
