AvaHR is seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager for a general dentistry practice on Colonial Drive. The role supports day-to-day operations, coordinates front desk, clinical, and administrative workflows, and helps present treatment options to patients.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in dentistry administration, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive production and collections while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general dentistry is required.
• Experience selling treatment and explaining care options using dentistry terminology.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional manager with leading daily operations and coordinating front desk, clinical, and admin workflows.
• Present and sell treatment plans with patient-centered communication and dentistry terminology.
• Audit patient charts and documentation for accuracy and billing readiness.
