High End Hiring in Miami is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant Office Manager to keep the practice running smoothly and deliver exceptional patient and staff experiences. You will lead the front-office team, oversee daily operations, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and office efficiency, and work closely with the dentist to meet goals.

The role requires a proactive leader who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing people in a fast-paced dental

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Dental Assistant Office Manager to take a leadership role in our growing dental practice.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental office
  • Lead, motivate, and support the front-office team
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
  • Oversee insurance verification, billing, claims, and collections
  • Monitor production, collections, and practice performance
  • Help improve patient retention and overall patient experience
