Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the dental office.
• Lead the office team with clear expectations, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, productivity, staffing, office organization, and daily execution.
• Open and close the office as required and ensure the facility and property are consistently clean, professional, and welcoming.
• Maintain appropriate inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available to support daily operations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Establish and maintain high standards for professionalism, teamwork, productivity, and patient service.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop office team members.
• Ensure every employee is properly trained and equipped to perform their role at a high level.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, recognition, and development opportunities.
• Address performance issues and administer disciplinary action when appropriate.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
• Motivate the team to consistently deliver an outstanding patient experience.
• Take ownership of the patient experience from initial interaction through completion of care.
• Create a friendly, professional, efficient office environment focused on patient satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with or conduct patient consultations as needed.
• Support the team in presenting treatment options and helping patients move forward with recommended care.
• Resolve patient concerns and complaints professionally, promptly, and with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall patient experience.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and building strong patient relationships.
• Take ownership of the office's financial and operational performance.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of daily revenue reports and submit them on time.
• Ensure daily deposits are completed according to company procedures.
