Job summary

Colville Tribal Healthcare Authority is seeking a Dental Office Manager at our Omak, WA location. You will lead the dental office team, ensure patient-focused service, and collaborate with all departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications include an AA degree with 3+ years of experience, HIPAA/Privacy training, BLS, and proficiency in RPMS/EHR and MS Office. Valid WA driver’s license preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• AA degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• HIPAA and Privacy training and Basic Life Support Certificate within 90 days of employment.
• Blood borne pathogen training annually.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with RPMS and EHR systems; MS Office suite.
