Qualifications

• AA degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• HIPAA and Basic Life Support within 90 days of employment.
• Blood borne pathogen training annually.
• Ability to understand, speak, communicate and read English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and RPMS/EHR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dental office team at the assigned site.
• Coordinate care, tracking, follow-ups and patient referrals.
• Identify high-risk patients and include them in registries.
• Enter patient data in the EHR.
• Oversee patient demographics and insurance verification.
• Manage relations and referrals with regional care providers.
• Support QI meetings with data and reports.
• Educate staff, patients, and families about resources.
• Ensure budget compliance and reporting requirements.
• Prepare reports and metrics for the dental portion of the authority.
