Job summary

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seeks a Dental Office Manager to lead the Colville Tribal Healthcare Authority dental team in Nespelem, WA. Responsible for patient-centered operations, data in the EHR, and coordination with the Dental Director.

You will supervise staff, manage demographics and insurance verification, and prepare regular reports. This role requires HIPAA training, budget oversight, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• AA degree with at least 3 years of office/clinic management experience.
• HIPAA and Privacy training within 90 days of employment.
• Bloodborne pathogen training annually.
• Proficient English communication (written and spoken).
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to utilize RPMS and EHR systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the dental office team at the assigned site.
• Assist with tracking and coordinating patient care.
• Enter patient data in the EHR.
• Oversee patient demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Manage budget and expenditures; prepare reports and metrics.
• Ensure contract and grant compliance and reporting.
• Provide education to staff and patients about resources.
• Address patient questions and resolve concerns.
