Qualifications

• HIPAA and Privacy training and Basic Life Support Certificate within 90 days of employment.
• Blood borne pathogen training annually.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the dental office team at the assigned site.
• Track and coordinate patient care and follow-ups within the clinical support team.
• Enter patient health data into the EHR and verify demographics and insurance.
• Improve continuity of care by managing referrals with regional providers.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and metrics for the dental portion of the authority.
