Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience; dental experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship building and team motivation
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns and education of treatment options, verification of insurance, and collection of payment
• Review business results, profit and loss management, and create strategies to improve performance
• Collaborate with providers and office staff to ensure priorities and assignments are communicated regularly
• Lead strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions
