Qualifications

• Previous Dental Office Manager or dental practice leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of dental office operations.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with KPIs, schedules and performance expectations.
• Experience with dental insurance, treatment presentation, scheduling and collections.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the dental office team.
• Partner closely with doctors and clinical leaders.
• Oversee daily practice operations and patient flow.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and team performance.
• Monitor practice goals, key metrics, and results.
• Help improve case acceptance and patient retention.
• Ensure a high-quality patient experience from check-in through follow-up.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Maintain strong communication between the practice, operations, and support teams.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges before they grow.
