Qualifications

• Previous Dental Office Manager or dental practice leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of dental office operations.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with practice goals, KPIs, schedules and performance expectations.
• Patient-focused and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and support the dental office team.
• Partner closely with doctors and clinical leaders.
• Oversee daily practice operations and patient flow.
• Support scheduling, staffing and team performance.
• Monitor practice goals, key metrics and operational results.
• Help improve case acceptance and patient retention.
• Ensure a high-quality patient experience from check-in through follow-up.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Maintain strong communication between the practice, operations and support teams.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges before they become bigger problems.
