Job summary

Advanced Dental Center in North Denver, CO seeks an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and drive practice growth while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. You will coach staff, partner with doctors and clinical leaders, manage scheduling and collections, improve patient experience, and collaborate with Elevate Dental Partners’ support teams to scale the practice.

This is a full-time role offering a base salary of $65,000–$80,000 plus bonus and full

Qualifications

• Previous Dental Office Manager or significant dental practice leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of dental office operations and terminology
• Experience coaching and holding teams accountable
• Confident working directly with dentists and clinical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the dental team
• Partner closely with doctors and clinical leaders
• Keep daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow running effectively
• Build accountability around practice goals and team expectations
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve practice performance
• Support treatment presentation, case acceptance, collections, and patient retention
• Maintain a strong patient experience from the first phone call through follow-up
• Help recruit, onboard, and develop team members
• Resolve problems quickly and communicate clearly with the team
• Partner with Elevate Dental Partners’ operations, HR, recruiting, and support teams when additional resources are needed
