Bonney Lake Family Dentistry is hiring for an experienced Dental Office Manager. We’re looking for a proven dental practice leader who knows how to support a team, partner effectively with doctors, create a great patient experience, and keep a busy practice running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support the dental office team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Dental Office Manager or dental practice leadership experience

• The ability to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term practice growth

Experience with dental insurance, treatment presentation, scheduling, collections, and dental practice management systems is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience
