Aspen Dental in Wisconsin is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office operations and support doctors in delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll participate in an extensive ten-week training program to develop business and leadership skills and drive profitability.

Responsibilities include directing staff, hiring and developing the team, guiding treatment discussions, verifying insurance, and leading daily huddles to optimize patient experience and financial

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
• A people centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office operations in support of doctors to create lasting impressions and trust with patients.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales to goals.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
