Job summary

You will collaborate with doctors and regional leadership to optimize clinical workflows, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance. The role may require extended hours, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs. Bilingual Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental industry experience preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with supply and practice cost management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient experience workflow and office performance.
• Analyze financial data to meet goals and support decisions.
• Manage staff scheduling and office readiness daily.
• Oversee billing accuracy and coordination with Revenue Cycle.
• Control operating expenses and drive productivity improvements.
• Foster team collaboration and maintain brand standards.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring, training and employee relations.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA and infection control training.
