Job summary

Rodeo Dental is seeking an Office Manager to lead all aspects of the practice, including operations, staff scheduling, patient experience, and financial performance.

The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager or VP of Operations and requires a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish is required to support diverse patients and teams at our Pharr, TX clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dental experience preferred.
• 3+ years customer service experience required.
• 5 years leadership/management experience preferred.
• Experience with supply and practice cost management.
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Foster Rodeo’s high-performance culture and manage patient experience workflow.
• Facilitate delivery of optimal patient care outcomes.
• Leverage reports to drive office performance toward targets.
• Analyze financial data to meet organizational goals and P&L.
• Ensure team uses MaxAssist to build schedules and monitor tasks.
• Coordinate billing with Revenue Cycle Management for claims.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and collections.
• Identify cost controls and reduce operating expenses.
• Lead the Morning Opportunity Meeting (MOM).
• Assign staff and ensure daily readiness checklist is completed.
• Optimize appointment board and patient status with the team.
• Collaborate with marketing and procurement on collateral.
• Address patient escalations with doctors and leadership.
• Maintain credentialing and compliance training.
• Coordinate HR hiring and employee relations needs.
• Possibility to perform Treatment Coordinator duties.
• Travel for training or assistance (<10%).
