Job summary

Rodeo Dental is seeking an Office Manager to lead all aspects of the dental practice, including operations, scheduling, patient care, team collaboration, doctor relationships, safety compliance, and overall financial performance. The role reports to Regional Operations Manager or VP Operations and requires flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as business needs demand.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of dental and customer service experience, 5+ years of leadership, and

Qualifications

> 3 years dental experience
> 3 years customer service
> 5 years leadership/management experience
> Experience with supply and practice cost management
> Working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite
> Experience with social media marketing is a plus
> Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

> Foster Rodeo’s high-performance culture and manage patient experience workflows
> Facilitate optimal patient experience and care outcomes
> Analyze financial data to support goals and decision making
> Ensure use of MaxAssist for patient scheduling and task monitoring
> Ensure billing accuracy with Revenue Cycle Management
> Manage AP/AR and collections
> Identify and reduce operating expenses
> Lead Morning Opportunity Meeting (MOM) and assign staff
> Ensure Office Readiness Checklist daily
> Coordinate hiring, training, and employee relations with HR
> Maintain OSHA/HIPAA and infection control training
