Job summary

Rodeo Dental seeks an Office Manager to lead all aspects of the dental practice, including operations, staff scheduling, patient experience, and financial performance. The role collaborates with doctors, marketing, and corporate resources to ensure route delivery and compliance.

Requirements include 3+ years dental and customer service experience, 5 years leadership, cost management, and bilingual Spanish preferred. Flex schedule; compensation range $70k–$80k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dental experience preferred
• 3+ years experience in customer service
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience with supply and practice cost management
• Working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Foster and promote Rodeo’s high-performance culture and effective management of patient experience workflow.
• Facilitate the delivery of optimal patient experience and care outcomes.
• Analyze financial data to meet organizational goals and support strategic decisions.
• Lead scheduling and office readiness, monitoring operations and productivity.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure billing accuracy and manage accounts payable/receivable; control expenses.
• Collaborate with marketing and procurement to maintain brand standards.
