Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a patient-focused administrator to support multi-site operations in Texas. The role requires experience with dental practice management software, bilingual Spanish language skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

You will collect insurance information, verify eligibility, handle payments, schedule appointments, and assist the team with daily tasks. A valid driver's license is required to travel between work sites.

Formación

• Dental practice management software experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Educate patients and community about services.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect information.
• Ensure payments are collected at time of service.
• Input data to create insurance claims.
• Gather patient health history as required.
• Schedule appointments daily.
• Assist with pre-authorizations for treatments.
• Support team and perform daily housekeeping.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
