The ideal candidate will be comfortable educating patients, collecting payments, and coordinating appointments while upholding excellent service and teamwork in a dynamic dental practice environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) helpful.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver’s license required to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Engage and entertain patients with a big personality.
• Educate patients and the community through outreach efforts.
• Collect information to verify insurance eligibility.
• Ensure patient payments are collected at time of service.
• Input data to create insurance claims.
• Gather patient health history as required.
• Schedule daily appointments.
• Obtain pre-authorizations for treatment.
• Support the team.
• Daily housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
