Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• 1+ year of management or dental office experience.
• Ability to lead daily office operations and coordinate staff.
• Proficient in dental software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily office operations including staff coordination.
• Train associates on patient care and training objectives.
• Address patient complaints to maintain patient satisfaction.
• Assist Office Manager in evaluating trainee effectiveness and growth.
• Schedule and manage staff rosters; balance day sheets and close the office.
• Lead daily huddles and support maintenance and supplies.
