Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in management or dental office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dental software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily office operations including doctors, staff, patient interactions, scheduling, and short-term planning.
• Determine work schedules and assignments for doctors and administrative and clinical staff.
• Provide feedback to improve morale and performance; support training and development.
• Lead daily huddles and maintain timely administration of reports and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations.
