Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules work assignments for doctors and staff.
• Trains associates and evaluates training effectiveness.
• Handles patient complaints with effective resolutions.
• Balances day sheets and closes office at least one night per week.
• Liaises with Maintenance for repairs and supplies.
• Provides feedback to boost team performance and morale.
