Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1+ year in management or dental office experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience with conflict resolution and patient/customer concerns.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily office operations and oversee doctors, administrative and clinical staff.
• Schedule workers and determine assignments; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Lead daily huddles and manage office communications with patients and vendors.
• Balance day sheets and close the office at least one night per week.
• Take bank deposits occasionally and assist with administrative reports.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and maintain professional standards.
