Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in management or dental office.
• Knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Learns to lead and oversee daily office operations, including doctors and staff.
• Provides feedback to employees to improve performance and morale.
• Leads daily huddles and coordinates schedules for staff and doctors.
• Balances day sheets and closes the office at least one night per week.
• Maintains vendor and maintenance communications and ensures supplies on site.
• Communicates respectfully with patients, vendors, and staff.
• Supports HIPAA policies and confidentiality requirements.
