Copperhead Dental Care is seeking a friendly Business Assistant to support our front office and ensure smooth daily operations in Parker, Colorado. You’ll greet patients, handle phones and email, schedule with Dentrix, process claims, post payments, and help the team deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training compliance and PHI handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and patient communications.
• Schedule appointments using Dentrix for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Explain treatment plan fees and payment options to patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
