Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at the front desk to make a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties including phones, mail, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on benefits.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Explain treatment plan fees and payment options.
• Support office with Heartland Dental systems to optimize operations.
