Heartland Dental is seeking a Business Assistant for Dental Care on Beaver Run to support front-office operations and patient interactions. You will greet patients, manage phones and emails, and use Dentrix for scheduling and records to keep the office running smoothly.

Access to PHI with HIPAA training; protect data and maintain safeguards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and scheduling communications.
Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule multiple providers.
Schedule and confirm appointments for several providers.
Post insurance claims and payments; follow up on outstanding items.
Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
