Job summary

A-dec is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive maximum sales through our dealer network, dental schools and government installations. You will develop yearly business plans with the Regional Manager and lead quarterly reviews to sustain growth.

The role requires regular travel within and beyond the territory, strong communication, organization, and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. A background in dental distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years account management experience in the dental industry preferred.
• Familiarity with North American Dental Distribution system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans with the Regional Manager to guide annual efforts.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with dealer partners.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory and beyond.
• Manage opportunities in the CRM system and support accurate forecast.
• Ensure compliance with A-dec policies and protect financial interests.
• Coordinate with Regional and Territory Managers to maximize growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
