Job summary

Sunstar Americas, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager who will lead field-based growth within a defined geography.

The role requires daily in-person visits to dental offices, prospecting new accounts, and close collaboration with dealers and distributors to drive Sunstar GUM product adoption. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with experience growing underpenetrated territories and turning opportunities into revenue through energy and persistence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven hunter-style sales experience in field-based B2B or healthcare-related sales is preferred.
• Experience with distribution and dealer networks is desirable.
• Willingness to travel and engage with dental offices and partners across a territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and convert new dental practices to grow the territory.
• Execute a high-volume field sales strategy with in-person visits to drive product adoption.
• Develop partnerships with dental dealers and distributors to expand reach.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business to build a robust pipeline.
• Drive demand for Sunstar GUM products through hands-on selling and education.
• Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and Channel teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor territory performance and market trends to refine strategies.
• Maintain sales tools and territory planning to ensure execution against targets.
• Represent Sunstar at local and regional industry events to generate leads.
