Job summary

HUGE Dental USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Greater Los Angeles and surrounding counties. This field-based role requires frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, and active pipeline development with dental laboratories, practices, DSOs, and distributors.

You will manage opportunities in Salesforce, travel regionally, and aim to exceed quarterly objectives while building long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, territory management, or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with dental laboratories, dental practices, DSOs, distributors, and dealer partners.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Identify opportunities to convert competitive accounts.
• Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to increase product adoption.
• Attend trade shows, industry meetings, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and visit reports in Salesforce.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
