Job summary

Cordental Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support internal teams from our Des Moines area resource center. The role combines on-site and remote assistance, focusing on Windows and Microsoft 365 environments with a patient, professional service mindset.

You will deploy and maintain devices, manage tickets, and collaborate with network admins on larger IT initiatives while traveling to practice locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service skills and IT support experience.
• Healthcare or dental IT experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff with patience and clarity.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests for internal employees.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for Microsoft 365 environment.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and phone support with urgency and clear communication.
• Travel up to 15% to practice locations for on-site support and deployments.
• Install and support practice management and imaging software/hardware in a dental setting.
• Collaborate with network and systems administrators on IT initiatives.
• Document processes and recurring issues to build team knowledge base.
