Responsibilities

• Run outstanding claims reports for offices (90 day+, 60-90).
• Follow up with insurances for outstanding payments, lost checks/payments.
• Resubmitting claims as necessary.
• Recording all outstanding claims to a shared office spreadsheet.
• Audit 5 insurances daily from verification list.
• Run billing/patient balance reports for offices (90 day+, 60-90).
• Mail patient billing statements.
• Communicate with offices for any issues with claims, insurance verification, etc.
• Post insurance checks for the offices.
