Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify dental insurance benefits and patient costs.
• Submit insurance pre-authorizations.
• Explain coverage and payment options to patients.
• Enter data into practice management software.

• Upload insurance verification and treatment history into records.
• Update patient accounts with current coverage.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
