Tenavi Staffing is seeking a hands-on Dental Software Implementation Consultant to lead go-live execution for multi-site DSOs. The role focuses on stabilizing workflows, driving user adoption, and coordinating with office staff and implementation teams during DPMS transitions.

The position emphasizes on-site go-live support, data validation, and rapid issue resolution across diverse dental practices, with extensive travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with dental service organizations (DSOs) or multi-site dental environments.
• Hands-on experience with PMS like Denticon, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental or CareStack.
• Experience supporting PMS implementations, conversions or go-live events.
• Strong understanding of dental front-office and clinical workflows.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-change settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clinicians and office leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between dental practice teams and IT/implementation teams.
• Support front-office, clinical and revenue cycle workflows during transitions.
• Troubleshoot real-time system and workflow issues during go-live and stabilization.
• Validate data migration including patient records, scheduling and billing data.
• Assist with daily workflows: scheduling, check-in/out, treatment planning, claims and payments.
• Identify workflow gaps and adoption risks; provide actionable feedback to leadership.
• Deliver hands-on training to drive user adoption across sites.
• Document issues, risks, and operational challenges during implementations.
