Job summary

beBright Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics seeks a Practice Experience Manager to lead on-site go-lives, coordinate vendor training, and drive post-go-live coaching across locations. You will audit adoption, document best practices, and build scalable standards that improve patient experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of dental practice management software and the clinical and business workflows it supports.
• Training and facilitation skill with adult learners in a live operational environment.
• Ability to teach the reasoning alongside the click path, so teams adopt rather than comply.
• A builder’s instinct for turning lessons into repeatable standards and clear documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the credibility to influence practice teams and leadership alike.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, with cadence set by the conversion calendar.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site go-live implementations and coordinate with vendor training teams.
• Facilitate the transition off legacy tools at go-live, including retirement of ancillary systems.
• Troubleshoot in real time, triage what must be solved immediately versus what becomes a ticket, and keep the schedule moving.
• Deliver structured post-go-live coaching on the published cadence, including curriculum and checkpoints.
• Audit adoption by location and role, flag drift, and drive improvements.
• Document best-practice workflows and feed them into training materials and master configurations.
• Coach practice leadership on the reasoning behind workflow changes to ensure lasting adoption.
• Maintain and update the knowledge library and escalation procedures with vendors.
