Job summary

beBright Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a Practice Experience Manager to lead platform go-live implementations across our network, guiding practice teams from deployment to long‑term proficiency. You will partner with vendor training teams, facilitate transitions from legacy tools, and ensure a smooth, on-site rollout that minimizes downtime.

Aligned with the Director of Patient Experience, you will audit adoption, deliver targeted coaching, build reusable standards, and maintain

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of dental practice management software and workflows.
• Experience training adult learners in live settings.
• Ability to explain reasoning behind workflows to foster adoption.
• Track record turning lessons into repeatable standards.
• Excellent communication that influences teams and leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently per calendar.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite platform go‑live implementations and coordinate with teams.
• Provide structured post‑go‑live coaching and targeted onsite support.
• Audit adoption and flag drift before issues arise.
• Translate successful practices into scalable standards across locations.
• Partner with Learning & Development to close identified training gaps and improve adoption.
