DOCS Health is seeking a senior-level Operations Leader to oversee seven dental practices, driving revenue, staffing, and cost controls across a nationwide portfolio serving military-connected communities.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years managing multi-site dental operations, excellence in leadership, and strong MS Office proficiency, with up to 75% travel for in-territory oversight and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-site dental management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Highly organized, self-directed, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams in multi-unit or multi-practice environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze revenue performance, operational workflows, and expense controls across all assigned practices.
• Partner with Office Managers to review daily production schedules, ensuring optimal staffing and cost efficiency.
• Develop, train, and lead teams using established operating principles, policies, and best practices.
• Identify root causes of under-performance through data analysis and reporting; design and execute corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Office Managers and the Director of Operations to resolve cost variances and operational gaps.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve regional objectives.
• Ensure practices maintain clean, organized, and professional environments.
• Oversee and/or conduct month-end physical inventory of supplies and materials.
• Conduct or ensure completion of safety audits across assigned locations.
• Lead or support special projects and additional initiatives, as assigned.
