Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties, including phones, mail, and emails.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on claims, verification of benefits.
• Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
