All Smiles Northwest is seeking a Front Office Business Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll greet patients, manage front office duties, and use Dentrix for scheduling and records across multiple providers.

You’ll file insurance claims, post payments, and explain treatment plans to patients while collaborating with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems. Join a team that values learning and patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to protect PHI and follow HIPAA training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, communication with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule for multiple providers.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable; discuss treatment plan options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems.
