Children and Teen Dental of FL is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of the practice. You will manage appointments, patient check-ins, and day-to-day front desk operations in a busy Lakeland dental office.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Prior dental office or customer service experience is preferred, with some patient interaction in a desk-based setting.

• Handle office correspondence including scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations.
