The role is full-time and located on site in a small private practice. Pay is based on experience and there are opportunities for advancement and benefits including paid time off and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with dental insurance verification.
• Proficient in front desk duties including phone handling and scheduling appointments.
• Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Schedule new patient and recall appointments.
• Check patients in and out and collect necessary information.
• Verify patient insurance details and benefits at check-in.
