Kreative Dental Care in Polk City, FL is hiring a Dental Front Desk Coordinator to create a welcoming patient experience from the first phone call through the next appointment.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $18–$22 per hour based on experience. Proficiency in Denticon software and strong communication are highly valued to support a smooth office flow.

Qualifications

• Proficient phone skills and strong communication.
• Dental office or medical office experience preferred.
• Denticon software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out.
• Answer multi-line phone calls, respond to patient questions, and provide professional service.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for the doctor and hygienists.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule by filling openings and following up on cancellations.
• Send appointment reminders by phone, text, and email.
• Assist with insurance verification and update patient information.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to support efficient appointment flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidentiality and HIPAA.
