Heartland Dental's Inspire Dental of Apex is seeking a full-time Dental Front Office/Business Assistant to join our team. You will greet patients, manage front office duties, and support scheduling and billing using Dentrix.

You’ll handle insurance claims, payments, and communications with patients and providers, while collaborating to implement Heartland Dental systems and deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced office.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and protection of PHI as required for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: answer phones, mail, email, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule/confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments; process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
